I book roughly 1-2 VIP Design Days per month, and book out typically 4-6 weeks in advance.

You’ll need to create a priority list for me to work through (I can facilitate and make sure we’re getting everything you need during our kick-off strategy call.)
Typically, clients also provide assets like logins, graphics, privacy policy, updated copy or images, and fill out any necessary worksheets, and so on.

Yep! I have a built-in payment plan in my web design process.
VIP Design Days: 50% is due upon booking to reserve the design day, and the remaining 50% is due upon the design day.
Longer term payment plans are available upon request.

Typically you’ll want to book at least two weeks out.
This will give you time to gather and prep any materials for your website.

I’ll get you rescheduled for my next available slot. Please note: there may be $250 rescheduling fee applied, and it may be up to a couple months out depending on my bookings.

It depends on our tasks. There are no hidden fees on my end! If you’re signing up for a new software or program, there will be additional costs.
There are additional costs associated with running a website that aren’t included in my web design packages.
Squarespace charges an annual fee (see here for latest prices). However, as a Squarespace Circle Member, I offer my clients 20% off their first year and one year of free custom domain hosting.
Services such as copywriting, photography, branding, and social media marketing are not included in my web design packages.
Third-party integrations such as Squarespace scheduling or emailing marketing, Mailchimp, Honeybook, stock imagery, custom fonts, Flowdesk, Acuity scheduling, Google Suite, Annual Domain hosting, and CRMs are not included in my packages.
We can discuss these add-ons and their pricing during our discovery call.
