… So I decided to create a ‘Milestones & Rewards’ chart to earn a variety of rewards for meeting different business goals, as I’m getting started as a new Squarespace web designer.

I included rewards that are meaningful to me personally. Some of my core values are connection, growth & learning, connection, being of service, and travel. So I wanted to touch on those while creating my rewards chart.

So here we go! Sharing for transparency and accountability's sake. Any of these milestones OR rewards may change as my business develops and grows and I anticipate it taking a couple of years to hit every single one of these milestones, but I like having something to work toward.
