I'm Janessa from JPK Design Co, a strategic Squarespace website designer who transforms small business's online presence into conversion machines that drive results.
I combine 8+ years of corporate-level project management with technical website expertise, having implemented SEO strategies that helped clients reach top search rankings and built websites for founders who went on to generate $1M+ in their first year.
My background managing high-pressure events with million-dollar budgets means I deliver websites with exceptional structure, clarity, and strategic thinking.
Now I've distilled all that experience into a personalized process that takes you from "embarrassed to share my URL" to "proud to send clients to my site" without the purely visual focus of graphic design focused designers or the scattered processes that plague most website projects.
I live in Portland, Oregon with my fiancé, a winemaker (lucky me! 🍷), and work remotely for part of every year. When not at my desk, I’m probably planning my next trip, enjoying the great gorgeous Pacific Northwest, or scouting the best vegan dumplings in town.

From “Where do I even start?” to a strategic, ready-to-launch site- in four clear steps:
01. Connect & Chat
Fill out the inquiry form. You’ll have the option to book a free discovery call where we’ll talk about your project details. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a proposal, client agreement and invoice to save your design dates.. Once you sign the contract and pay a deposit, your project date is reserved!
03. design & Build
On the project start date, we’ll have a kick-off strategy call to review goals and process. Then I start the website design & build based on your provided material.
During this time you’ll receive milestones to review and edit, and I’ll continue building, designing, editing, and adding functionality.
02. research & Ready
You’ll receive a welcome packet, content guides and worksheets to get you started.
*This step typically takes at least 2-3 weeks, so be sure to give yourself enough time to gather your materials.
04. launch & Thrive
You’ll launch with clarity and support. Every project includes a personalized live launch, custom training video and two weeks of post-launch help.
Your site will be easy to use, built to grow, and ready to support what’s next.
