Squarespace web designer & strategist for small business owners

Strategic websites that show your small business means business.

Based in Portland Oregon | rooted in the pnw | serving clients worldwide

Not having a professional, converting business website could be costing you more than you think.

It sends potential clients bouncing… it builds barriers when it should be forging connections and validating your expertise…

And let's be real:

It's why some leads vanish into the digital ether after visiting your homepage exactly ONE time.

So even if your business delivers spectacular results for clients

if your website lurks in the shadows of "under construction" or "good enough for now," it's planting seeds of doubt that sprout into missed opportunities –

and that's a whole garden of nope.

Next Level Design —

At JPK Design Co, I design Squarespace websites using a strategy-first process that:

✓ aligns with your goals

✓ supports your offers

✓ and creates a digital headquarters your business can proudly call home.

And every site I build:

Turns casual browsers into "OK, when can we start?" clients with strategic design that guides visitors exactly where they need to go.

Becomes your 24/7 marketing machine that's converting leads while you're living your life (or, you know, actually running your business).

Grows easily alongside your growing business (without all the technical drama that makes you want to literally throw your laptop out the window and run away into the woods)..

The truth?

Your business delivers quality.

Your website should too.

Additionally, the creative angle she brought to the process and the end website was truly impressive. I couldn't be happier."

Jordan, Founder, LineLeader Media

Your website shouldn’t feel like another unfinished task.

Or a tangled project you’re supposed to “figure out” on top of everything else.

It should give you structure, clarity, and a plan, so you can stop spinning in the hamster wheel of decision-making and move your business forward with momentum, pride, and confidence.

Hi, I'm Janessa, founder of JPK Design Co, a Squarespace designer & creative strategist who transforms small business's online presence into conversion machines that drive results.

I combine 8+ years of corporate-level project management with technical website expertise, having implemented SEO strategies that helped clients reach top search rankings and built websites for founders who went on to generate $1M+ in their first year.

My background managing high-pressure events with million-dollar budgets means I deliver websites with exceptional structure, clarity, and strategic thinking.

Now I've distilled all that experience into a personalized, strategic process that takes you from "embarrassed to share my URL" to "proud to send clients to my website".

Ready to finally have a website that builds trust, communicates clearly, and converts visitors into clients?

A Process Designed for Busy Business Owners

From “Where do I even start?” to a strategic, ready-to-launch site- in four clear steps:

01. Connect & Chat

Fill out the inquiry form & book a free discovery call. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a proposal, client agreement and invoice to save your design dates.

Once you sign the contract and pay a deposit, your project date is reserved.

02. research & Ready

You’ll receive a welcome packet and content guides and worksheets to get started.

*This step typically takes at least 2-3 weeks, so be sure to give yourself enough time to gather your materials.

03. design & Build

We kick things off with a strategy call to go over goals, get grounded in your business, and walk through the process.
From there, I handle the design, development, structure, edits, and functionality, while you focus on giving feedback and approvals.

04. launch & Thrive

We’ll launch your site together on a live video call.
After that, you’ll get your offboarding kit, a custom training walkthrough, and post-launch email support.

If you'd rather not handle future updates on your own, I’ve got client-only support packages to keep your site looking fresh without adding to your to-do list.

So, where to next?

 01. I want this off my plate & I’m ready to call in a professional

You've got a business to run, client magic to make, & exactly zero time to wrestle with a complicated website build or a long, dragged out process.

And while you've been busy serving clients, your "good enough for now" website has been quietly costing you opportunities and credibility.

I create structured, strategy-first Squarespace websites through a process that's been refined over 8+ years of corporate project management.

You'll get a conversion-focused site that turns visitors into clients, while you get to focus on your business and your life.

02.  I *have* a website and just want to know how make it better

You've got a live Squarespace site, but it's not exactly bringing in clients like you'd hoped.

You're making random tweaks (new fonts today, swapped photos tomorrow) without knowing if they matter.

All you know is SOMETHING isn’t working.

I offer strategic website audits that give you clarity & direction without the YouTube & ChatGPT rabbit holes research sessions.

Get actionable insights that transform your site from "it exists" to "it converts" in just 48 hours.
